NTB damaged the frame of my car by putting my vehicle on their lift improperly when installing new tires.  They denied the damage and refused to pay for damage.  The store manager told their insurance adjuster that NTB did not cause the damage without even seeing my vehicle. I am filing a small claims against them, but wanted prospective customers aware!!! They do not take responsibilty for their mistakes!

let's see--you drive a truck--therefore--i cannot expect much good from you---in any case---regardless of the facts--you just ripped off my time cause you said they damaged your frame--i opened this link expecting a good story---but no--you show a picture of your stupid a*s RUNNING BOARDS WITH THE SMALLEST F'N DENNT ON IT----and the best part is---YOU PROBABLY DON'T EVEN NEED THE FU'N RUNNING BOARDS TO ENTER YOUR STUPID TRUCK-----in some cases--when smart people install running boards it interfers with the jacking point of the vehicle---same goes for the idiots with the f-150 with the small frame and poke the exhaust out the side right under the spring bracket(you know, where i need to put the f'n lift)-------thank you for wasting my time with this dumb sh*

I would bring them to court.  Tire shop normally sees this kind of vehicle very often.  If they see any damage while writing the repair order, they should note it on the repair order.   If they write it after the service, they did the damage.
