Nubella glam studios Francis FRAUD! Jacksonville Florida
Francis stated that she was a licensee lash artist and that I would be certified with her if I signed up with her and she can get me to start my business if I pay her $600 welp nothing happened I have reached out several times . Nothing has happened I have been very patient and know I’m hearing I’m not the only one. She’s a joke. & a Scammer . The sad part I really wanted to learn .
