After ordering a $4.99 "just pay shipping" sample of NuDerma- I was sent 2 products from (supposedly) 2 different companies. I was charged $89 for EACH product. I called to cancel and it's impossible to reach a live agent. 

I made a dispute with my bank that charged the merchants back- dispute pending. Company refused to refund me for their fraudulent practices. I was charged back 2x $89 by my bank.

I contacted both companiesd (though I believe this is 1 company using 2 names.) I demanded they issue me a product return "RMA" number. They eventually did after the agents hanging up on me twice. They refused to let me speak to a manager. They refused to give me the name & phone # of a manager and/ or the company president. Extremely unprofessional operation. I am a career Sr. Call Center Director and I would fire immediately agents that treat customers this way.

 

I returned the product. I was issued 1 credit for $89. 

I'm now dealing with NuDerma (who claims to NOT be "Vibrante.")

They issued me an RMA # to return the product- via email. I returned that produc- to the same address as the first product. I received an email of confirmation that they recieved the product. They refuse to issue me credit for $89.

I have called at least 5 times. Agent first insisted I had been reveresed the charge of $89. I explained that I had disputed and yes, the charges were reversed. Then the charges were re-applied by my bank because their company refused to refund me. I stated to them that they had emailed me and acknowledged that they had recieved the returned product. I was still out $89. I was hung up on 3 times by agents. They refused to let me speak to a manager. They refused to escalate my call. They refused to give me a phone number, name, address or email of company principals. The last lady I spoke with said she WAS a manager and I was escalated "as far as you can go." She eventually hung up on me as well. 

Attorney  General and Better Business charges need to be filed against this company for fraudulent practices, unprofessionalism, SCAM, theft and mis-representation. Do not get scammed into doing business with this company. And most of all DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER!!! I've been ripped off $89 for nothing. They got the returned product (unused) AND kept my $89.
