NUSTAR REALTY MIRIAM SENOR ONIEL GRAVERAN FRAUD/ LIARS/DISHONEST/ miami FLORIDA
Miriam Senor served us with papers from bank of america the Keys for Cash program they offer the tenants to move out on a certain date. She advised us that we can move on or before the date stated on the contract and she would have a check ready for us the day she does the inspection of the property we were living in. We called her on 12/19 to give her the keys of the property. She sent another person and he did the full inspection and everything was as the contract stated. He then advised us that he will contact Miriam to issue us the check. Today is 12/30 and we have not recieved a check or a call back from MIriam. She is gone on vacation and never cut us a check. We have called many times to get her assistant that keeps on giving us the run around. After 2 weeks of trying to get our money as promised her assistant calls us back today and tells us to call the bank. Miriam has basically gotten what they wanted from us the keys for the house and the property in perfect shape. They are liars ans scammers. They have scammed a family during the holidays. The worst thing you can possiblly do to a family with 4 kids. They made us move out during the holidays I had to put ever single penny a had towards my kids gifts for the move out and rental fees. I had no money for the holidays....Miriam Senor has no heart and is a greedy broker/ realtor. Do not trust her and her staff. They are liars and scum bags.
