I purchased a Kia soul on may 20,2013 Chuck smith was my sales specialist i was told to return my old license plates to dmv plates are damaged cracked dented and peeling i had them for 12 years chuck said i would be getting new plates. And i agreed that i wanted new ones. to my disappointment on june 8, 2013 when i came back to nutley kia to pick up my registration and i thought the new license plates. I was asked do you have your license plates. I said no i dont chuck you told me to turn them into the dmv. Its a good thing i still had them at home i had to make two trips to nutley kia that day.Why would i want to put old dingy looking license plates on a new care that didnt seem right ended up being pulled over by the police because the plates and vin came back to nothing and almost got my car towed they were nice in the beginning but once that got my money everything went down hill from theri wouldnt recommmend these guys to anyone poooooooooooor service and CHUCK SMITH the salesman had the nerve to get rude over the phone they need better training for both mangers and sales man DONT GO TO NUTLEY KIA BEWARE
