I received an email which seemed to be sent by a relative recommending caralluma as a weight loss supplement. I responded to it and ordered a "buy one bottle get two bottles free" offer for approximately $30. I clicked on the offer and then was taken through many more offers for other products, all of which i declined. Finally I came to a screen to place the order. I clicked on it and was immediately charged $198. for five bottles. I called the customer service number given and got only a message that they were closed till Monday. When I got through on Monday, they told me it was too late to cancel and there was nothing that could be done. I argueds that it was unfair to do this and finally was told I could call another number and cancel but would be charged $5.95 per bottle to return them when they showed up. I hung up and called my crdeit card to dispute the charge. That was 3 months ago and here I am still writiung letters and faxing documents just to get a fair resolution. If this is not a rip-off, I dont know what is.
