the owner of the company refuses to provide excellent customer service you buy it you deal with it is their moto.
Your food burns, it takes the same amount of time to cook in any other ordinary conventional way and drains the same amount gas or electricty.
dont be scammed into buying $7000 pots and pans
if it's to good to be true then it is.
they sell on emotional basis they try and scare you into buying it. there is no scientific proof that stainless surgical steel is better to cook on it is compared to Teflon. it does not improve your health and you cooking does became harder not easier be careful and look at other options there is 100% better cookware out there just go to your local home & living shop
Their Fine China is a rip off to you can buy better looking and better quality in your local shop
the cutlery does not get used by the queen
and there is no shop or tyope of brand out there call Sterling Mills that is a shopping complex in Scotland and England

As a happy Nutrimax customer, I can clarify some of Naughty's comments. The nutrimax system cooks my food in half the time it used to take. Therefore, if I left it in for the same amount of time, of course it's going to burn & use the same energy!. Check out http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/4716.php If you google Teflon toxicity you will find a whole lot of scientific proof. Researching facts before spouting them is a good idea. Search is your friend. Learn how to use the system properly, as I have, and you won't have any more problems.

Nutrimax offers an after sales service second to none. Nutrimax is more than prepared to back up its product and its many uses. Nutrimax received the gold award at the 2008 Sydney Royal Easter Show. Nutrimax's website is the first to appear when it is searched for in Google. www.nutrimax.com.au Any customers that need any assistance should contact the head office so Nutrimax can give the after sales service that they are known for. There is now a DVD that is available to help customers use the Nutrimax system to it's fullest potential. These are now available free of charge upon request by contacting Head Office.
