I had received a cash voucher of $1000 only for new players only. I registered like it said to redeemed cash voucher. not a coupon no deposit code a actual cash voucher from my email. I played the requirments and won the requirments and they took that like suposed to and had a $100 that was withdrawable. So I played in that in a bonus round I won over $1000 and another bonus round couple hundred more totaling $1,941.00 all withdrawable. So I go to withdrawl $1000 of it and even live chated they tell me I cannot get it. So I called the last on phone could not answer me really why just that I cannot and will not get it. Also quit rude. What is it that we can do about this..
