Since the reply from hearthware titled Order Help I sent a copy of the e-mail from hearthware to them to show them that they did not ship as promised.
The reply from them states that the product has shipped and will be delivered on 8/7/12 but not on 8/2/12 as originally stated from FedEx.
I have got a response by e-mail because I posted on this site. Neither my wife not I could get anyone on the no-service phone lines. Perhaps posting on their facebook site would also get a fast response.
