NWA Public Safety Supply Matt Miller FRAUD - Took Money and refuses to ship product Johnson, Arkansas
I became a dealer for Slither II lightbars with NWA Public Safety Suppy in November 2008. On November 14, 2008 I placed an order for a Slither II lightbar and paid by credit car via paypal $748.99. matt Miller, Owner said they were out of stock but had them coming in in a week. Never shipped and then in December he said they could no longer get them. Said he could upgrade me to a lower price bar and I agreeded and asked for a refund of the difference.
January still can not ship the bar, feburary can not ship so I said I want a refund. Will not send my money back, and has no phone to talk to him on.
Promised to ship this out multiple times and never did it. I came on here and can not beleave that this is a scam by this company.
This Dude is a volunteer Fire man with no morals. Filing federal internet fraud compaint and suing him but do not do buisness with him

NWA Public Safety did refund you. You ordered a product that was claimed as a copyright infringment by Tomar Ind after your order. This was done in attempt to put out NWA just like Federal Signal tried in 2006. NWA Safety didnt screw you, Tomar did. NWA Safety had nothing to do with it and couldnt do anything if they tried. Your claim is rediculas and your lucky you were just banned as a dealer nationaly instead of sued for your comment. I would have sued the hell out of you. I have delt with Matt for 7 years as a dealer before becoming a Master Distributor myself. We never had a problem at anytime, but then again we really do have a buisness instead of you saying you have a buisness just to get your light cheaper. He refunded you per Small Buisness Guidlines by the US Goverment. They are the supplier to the FBI and the Secret Service. Why would he rip YOU off? It's people like you that destroy honest Police and Firefighters trying to run a buisness. Anyone is more than welcome to contact me regarding NWA Safety, This want to be Dealer or if you need any products.
