NY State Family Court ripoff abused & mistreated and ruining my life Central Islip New York
I hope somebody sees this...please help me anybody...NYCSE is garnishing my wages at least 60% sometimes 80 for a child I gave up for adoption...not only do I have no rights to this child but they are claiming it is for child support when it is actually for medicaid that his parents received after the adoption...I found out they are double dipping from the adoptive father also.
They are married, live in NY, in the hamtons, and I am being forced to pay back $20k at a part time job... I have a 9 year old son I have to take care of... I have written to them and they say I need a lawyer... but they take all my money how can I pay an attorney and care for my son AND pay my bills...
I am in dire need of help... I am at the end of my roppe...I have tried speaking with attorneys...none will help...not even take the case let alone discuss a fee...I don't know what to do...please, help
