Finally after over a month I was returned my registered letter from NYC Closeouts after they refused it and the postal service sent it back unclaimed. NYC Closeouts didn't rip me off as to take my money and not ship BUT they would not accept it knowing it wasn't what they wanted for the auction. NYC Closeouts needs to set a RESERVE PRICE on their auctions. I'm out $4.42 and a month of headaches.

I was the first one to post about them back in October, got no response at all from them after money order being cashed. They were selling on Bidz. Watch them, they won't ship product and give you a hard time and tell you they never received it.

NYC Closeouts are conducting auctions on Yahoo Auction and ripping bidders off . I never received my goods after winning their auction and my money order has not been returned. Their feedback is starting to reveal the Ripoff Company that they are. They now are using the email address of [email protected] if anyone is a victim of their scams and need to email them. I am reporting them to the BBB and anyone online who will listen.

NYC Closeouts conducting auctions on Yahoo Auctions have offically changed their email address to keep NEW auctions they have listed separate from the bogus ones already pending. If you are a victim of their scam and need to email them then you need to email them at [email protected] If you see them on a auction you better think twice before bidding and sending them any money or give them your credit card information as chances are you will not get your goods or have your auction cancelled after you send in your payment.
