NYS Attorney General Eric Scheiderman, Governor Andrew Cuomo, and Mayor Bill DeBlasio who supposedly formed the Tenant Harassment Prevention Task Force to combate tenant harassment by Land Lords is a fraud. No task force exists. While all three politicians owe an allegiance to certain residents of areas not just in the other boroughs, but areas of Brooklyn such as, Borough Park, Crown Heights, Williamsburg, Flatbush, Bushwick, Midwood, Kensington, Park Slope, Sunset Park, as well as upstate NY Monsey. These particular individualls have systematically infiltrated, invaded, and taken over, and soon begin the calculated process of getting rid of the tenants in buildings they buy, by any means legal or not, because they either want to raise the rents knowing the tenants some of whom have been living in their apartments for decades can't afford to pay it. Or because they want the buildings for themselves or to tear down. It's Schneiderman whom they voted for, which is why he doesn't go after them, besides sharing something else in common with them. This at the very least is hypocrisy. Because of these individuals I'm without heat, electricity, or hot water. They refuse to cash the rent checks. In May of 2015 I filed two harassment complaints with the Attorney General, and all they did was file them away. To make matters worse, City Counsel member David G. Greenfield wormed his way on to the powerful land use committee which oversees what is done with property, and which I believe is at the very least a conflict of interest.
