Living in a junk trailer

Derk,
I also bought an Oak Creek home in New Mexico and also live in extremely shoddy, poorly built, non-functioning discomfort.
It is more like living in a camping tent or motorhome than living in a house.
I currently have no central heat or air, no electricity in my bathrooms, I am freezing cold because of the lack of insulation, the seal is loose on the door and the cold blows in so I hung sheets over the doors, the trim around many windows is dry rotting and has holes in it, the windows have fallen out of the tracts and I cant get them back in, the siding is falling apart and disintegrating, the floor is getting mushy and squeaky, the ceiling and walls are developing cracks in them, the vents under the house have fallen down or came disconnected, the valves under the toilet/sink have burst three times, flooding the trailer. and more issues...
I am very, very unhappy with living like this... but I have no money to move now. People should be warned that Oak Creek homes are meant to be temporary living or for unwanted guests... not to be purchased as permanent family homes.
