Oakwood Homes Of Greenville Tennessee. ripoff By con's of Oakwoods in Greenville doublewide TROUBLES Greenville Tennessee
We purchase our doublewide in 1994 after our singlewide caught fire. My little boy cried afraid of trailers so we decided to buy a doublewide to make him thank it was a big house so he wouldnt be so afraid to live in it. Plus at the time what we thought was a good buy because it was a demo model. Boy what night mares began after they brought it out. First they dragged the back end bringing up my driveway which is not steep and bent the frame which caused the bathroom floor in the master bathroom to bow up. Then after they set both sides together they let the truck that pulled them here roll into one of the kids rooms. They just put the siding over the whole never replaced the wall outside. They said it wouldnt hurt nothing because it didnt go all the way through to the inside. Then my roof leaked like you wouldnt believe. and they never have fixed it. So needless to say I called several times they would come out and say they fixed it but I still have stained ceilings. And wall are bowed to. Have all my reports and stuff saved it but not sure if it was worth it but i still have everything from every problem. I would not recommend them to anyone and yes if theirs ever a case and i can help let me know.
