Oakwood Homes, Vanderbuilt Fincance Co. oakwood set up a mobile home for my daughter and damaged it beyon repair and than went bankr. Tallahassee Florida
my daughter purchaced a home from oakwood 5 yrs ago. they damaged it where it can not be fixed, breaking the main support beam under it. plus the fire marshal inspected it and gave a report that all the wireing in the home is NOT to code they have had 3 fires in the wiring in the last 5 months. they cannot use the heat or air. they went bankr. as she was signing the papers on the home. but on the internet you can find them still doing busness in other states.they gave her morg. to vanderbuilt who changed it to suit thier co. rising her interst rate.she has over 55000 inpayments on a $38000 home. they are calling me with her infromation if she is a little late. if you can help please do she has to get rid of the home as it is not safe for my grandchildren but ofcourse the ywill attach her min.rages for the rest of her life these people are nothing but loansharks thankyou so much
