I called my local phone company, Verizon. First they said they could not do anything. I explained that I did everything I could do; called two ph #s listed on the billing statement, e-mailed and all. I told Verizon about their fraudulent activitis listed on this site, meaning this is not only me. A lady from Verizon was very nice. She talked to her supervisor and after a loo~ng hold, she came back and said "Verizon will take off this billing." I heard from my para-legal friend as follows: If you did everything to remove your UNAUTHORIZED bill and turned out unsuccessfully, then your local phone company by law, must assist you. Insist that they need to assist you by law since billing/charge shows on their letter head. Today, I received an e-mail from USA Voice Mail as "Please be advised that the service has been cancelled and credit(s) have been issued back to your telephone company. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit(s) to appear. Thank you; Customer Service" I do hope everything is ok and I pray for other victims.
