I too was sent my phone bill from Verizon by electronic means. My bill has constantly been the same amount for the past year. I was suprised when I saw that it was roughly 30.00 higher. Upon checking I discovered that OANWEB had placed 2 charges on my bill for Premium voicemail. Being the weekend, I could not contact anyone with customer service. I called this morning and after a very comfortable hold time of appx 5 minutes, I spoke with a customer service rep. He was able to explain when this service started and actually HOW. Seems that my computer was used by some friend's kids when their parents were over. The teenagers went to a site something like "myfreexbox.com" or similar in hopes of winning a free xbox. So filling out one of the surveys signed me up for this service. (I've quit using google auto fill as of this morning.) The customer service rep was very polite, and did not hesitate to remove the 2 charges from my bill and credit my account. I was able to reach the customer service dept. direct at: 877-439-3802.

Well after contacting USA Voicemail by email and also contacting SBC with this website and forwarding my emails from all my research, my SBC bill has been credited and I was advised, by SBC, that no other charges from this company will be put on my bill. They also advised me that they will be researching this as to the many complaints on this website. Thank you and I hope all the other victims will receive "Due Credit and Justice"!

I am sending this to inform you that I have been billed for a voicemail that I never ordered. I do not appreciate being billed for something that I know for sure that I never ordered. This is a rip-off I do not intend on paying on this outrageous injustice.

I contacted USA Voicemail by email and received an email back within 24 hours. This what they wrote to me: Good Evening; Please be advised that the service has been cancelled and credit(s) have been issued back to your telephone company. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit(s) to appear. Thank you; Customer Service Hopefully this will happen and I won't have to deal this anymore. If anyone else has problems reaching them I would suggest emailing them and contact your phone carrier that you are disputting these charges and any future ones. I will keep you informed if I have received due credit back or not.
