call your local verizon business office number is provided on page 2 of your bill tell the customer service rep to recourse the charges back to that company and add a miscellanous charge block-this block prevents future billings. Can take up to 1 complete bill cycle to become effective. I have seen this happen myself by filling out surveys and entering in contest to win shopping sprees & gift cards. This is not verizon's doing. By recoursing charges you will get the credit back to your verizon phone bill. Please help us stop these companies I get at least 1 phone call per day pertaining to this.
