Recieved my 10/1/04 Verizon bill and it was unusually high. I went through the details and noted that they charged me for moving my line which was fine. On the last page, there was a charge for $6.94 for a collect call that I supposedly accepted from Idaho. I don't know anyone in Idaho. The big problem is, I moved out of the house the collect call was made to. The house was EMPTY. no phone... nothing. Service to my new house wasn't installed for several days after they claimed i accepted a collect call. This just stinks of rotten fish. I called Verizon, they transferred me to Nationwide Conn. and they said they'll credit it within next 1 or 2 billing cycles. We'll see.
