OAN Services and Verizon rip-off! Tampa Florida
I received my September phone bill from Verizon and noticed that it was about $15 more in comparison to other months. I noted a charge from OAN Services for premium voice mail service. I called and was told that I would receive a credit. Well, guess what... no credit and Verizon has done nothing. Who is this company and why are the phone companies letting this happen to their customers?
