Oasis @ Springtree Dave Temkin , Michelle Emmert , Rosemount Management Llc Will Not Replace Property that they damaged . Sunrise Florida
Kodsi Bruria and Dave Temkin are the two members of Rosemount Management Llc. This company is horrible and its not worth your time leasing here. Dave Temkin and his employees at this location lack integrity and effective leadership . They don't repair things correctly. If they damage your property they want you to pay for it . The maintenance department are very lazy and will paint over mold and plaster over dry rotted and water damaged drywall instead of replacing it. They are very dishonest and say they completed a repair and didn't , very deceitful .
They make it seem like you are a problem for wanting a nice place and not wanting your things damaged. They over look water damage and when you report they come 2 days later and really don't complete the repair then make excuses .Jose Mirage the maintenance manager is very lazy and orchestrates it all and Dave Temkin backs his lack of assistance and integrity issues. Michelle Emmert is also an unpleasing employee who is very dishonest and unfair but smiles to hide it .Tyrone the AC guy doesn't attempt to solve anything just floats from A-B milking the clock .Bottom like this is a sucky management company and the Oasis brand needs an entire overhaul .Do not rent here it is not worth it and please believe what other reviews say about them taking your deposit from them being untruthful.
