i bought a used car on this company went back 3 times only light adjustment was fix. engine light was on i went back 3 times for this engine light they said it was just the gas tank not to tight. my warranty expired after one month. we drove the car for another 3 weeks. jan. 5 my car just stop and i have towed and get a cab and spend more than a hundred dollars. my AAA is only 7 miles covered. this is like 17 miles from their auto dealer. the salesman said not to worry he will help me fix it. He telling me to call back or he will call back but never did. I talked to the owner to at least lend me acar so i could go to work. but he said he cannot do anything for me. my car stay in their repair shop for 7 days now and they said they will charge me 350 dollars to change timing belt. i really need my car so i said ok fix it, and i will pay them. today iwent there again and they said the whole engine need to be change and maybe they can get a whole engine for $600  more.. I finally told them to put everything back and i will have my car tow at my mechanic. this company has a very poor service. people cannot speak english well and they give you the run around.

First let me state that the customer is the one who doesnt speak fluent english i am the sales person involved in this transaction and i am the one born here in the united states. Second they had this car for several months and drove the car without oil and water and overheated the vehicle. I offered to help them fix the car at our cost low labor and parts rates. They wanted me to cover the total cost due to their negligence. Also i dont have loaner vehicles and offered them a shuttle every time needed. Lastly they came to me and i fronted the monies to fix the car and made them low monthly payments as they couldnt afford anything . I havent seen a dime they are driving the car now as i paid upfront for repairs i wait to be reimbursed. My customer service was always there for them .Engish is my first language not theirs.I wish them well and i went beyond what needed to be done........jax
