An Asian man who called himself Jeff responded to my request for repair of my laptop what was having trouble connecting to the internet and running slowly. He took it for a day and said his office analyzied it and it had a bad motherboard and malfunctioning I/O address. He said he could sell me a replacement laptop from Lenovo for $550. Despite repeated promises he never deleivered the laptop.
He also sold me a new modem/router for $150. He delivered the modem/router.
I agreed to buy the laptop and gave him a check for $650 on 1/27/2015. He said to make out the check to Pak Wong. He said he would have it in and deliver it on Feb. 2, 2015. He then said on 2/3 that it was backordered and he would deliver it on Feb 6th between 4-5 pm. He then said it was sent out from the supplier on Sat (2-7) and was coming 3 day air express. He then said it arrived with a broken screen and he would give us a free service call for future use and deliver the computer in a couple of days. He never delivered the computer or returned our money.
More excuses resulted and on 2/16/2015 I demanded my money be returned. He claimed his LA division was handling it, but his boss was out of town and the check couldn't be processed.
He is a rip-off artist and fraud. The only phone number I have is 949 302-1222. It is a cellphone and he texted me from it a number of times. He lists his address as **** Mission Viejo *****
On his repair involce it lists his address as OC Computer & Web Design 24100 El Toro Rd Laguna Woods, CA 92653
