We had a wall unit in our bonus room stop working on the coldest night of the year so far, and so we called Ocean Air to come fix it. Well, the tech came out and looked at the unit, after he looked at it he said there was nothing wrong with it! Basicly calling me a liar to my face. Meanwhile it is only 60 degrees in the bonus room, and the unit is blowing cold air, and is still broken to this day. I did not know this until the guy left with my check in hand. Now when I call them back to tell them about my problem, and try to get them to send another tech, they could care less, and have blown us off altogether. They will not return our calls or anything, they just got $70 from me and did absolutely nothing to fix our problem. The tech seemed like he was very uneducated too, but that is another story altogether.
All in all I do not recommend calling Ocean Air, unless you like being ripped off. They do not care about their customers, and they will rip you off while sporting a huge smile on their faces. I honestly believe the techs don't even know how to fix most of these problems. They will just take your money, and ignore you.
