Me and my wife purchased a package about 2 years ago. We were called in for an owner update to be scared into a 6000.00 dollar upgrade. Witch took all day. After we decided to declive they basically bulldoged us into upgrading by informing us that our first contract was set up that our kids would have to pay ridiculous maintenance fees if we didnt upgrade to lock in. However 5 business days later we called to cancel agreement to be told that on the new contract we signed we would only have 3 days not the 5 the state of al allows to cancel and if I chose not to pay it they would file against my credit. They are crooks and am looking for an attorney to help me if interested. Do not do business with them you will get screwed!!!
