 The FBI just let you tape them interviewing you about a terrorist huh?? Its 2013 who uses tapes anymore?...If there was a matter of national security involving this man you are talking about, you dont get to "tape" it, and then keep the tape for your fun family photo time. (rolls eyes) Im curious if you have a friend that is FBI and knows the "Agents" then why not just have him ask them what ever happened to the investigation instead showing your intellegence on RIPOFF. I think you just backed yourself into a corner mam. Its obvious you know nothing of FBI or any other law enforcement procedure. Before you make up a story, learn how things work. Calling people terrorists is not funny.

 .................and I have it all on tape!!!  I have their names and I also have a friend who is FBI who knew these guys!  Why would I waste my time asking what the outcome was if it didn't happen??!!!  LOL   Oh.....my......gosh!!!!!  Some people are just stupid!   And apparently it is just a satellite office in Texarkana because when I called back to enquire, I never could get ahold of anyone.....although, I didn't try very hard.  Was just curious.  It was very frightening when they called me and then came to question me about him, because I did not know what I had gotten mixed up with and it was some freakin scary crap!  They also questioned my boyfriend......now husband. 

 This is absolute hogwash....this person has clearly never been to Texarkana. The town has maybe a little over 100,000 people in it. My father was State Police in Texarkana for 17 years, and knows everyone in the community of importance, that carries a badge all the way up to judges and prosecutors. I can tell you there is no "FBI office" in Bowie County. The FBI is a federal task force. The office for North East Texas is out of Dallas. Texarkana has a small satellite office and that is it. They do not come out to peoples houses, in places like this, to shoot the perverbial you know what over some long distance phone calls. This is absolutly ignorant, and anyone who believes this is ignorant too. WOW 

I was called by the FBI out of Texarkana, TX regarding Michael Pournoury. They told me over the phone that he was allegedly supporting terrorist groups with money. They came to my house and questioned me further.....wanting to know if i had seen him make calls to Iran. I said yes, because i had seen and heard him make quite a few. I do NOT trust this man or his company. And i would like to know whatever became of this investigation.

LOOKS LIKE OCEAN CANYON PRACTICE THE SAME SALES TACTICS IN ALL OF THEIR ''RESORTS''.

This company is run by a bunch of loosers who are not capable of running a real business.
Only cowards need to use sales tactics like this in order to sell a product.

The BBB has identified a pattern of complaints regarding the financing of the membership. Some consumers did not realize they were applying for a credit card with varying interest rates. One consumer thought he was getting a 3.9% interest but found out it was only for 6 months then the interest went up to 16.9%. The BBB encourages consumers to read and understand ALL paperwork they are signing. If you feel pressured, stop, take a deep breath and start asking questions.

EVERYONE........... do yourself and your family a HUGE favor by taking a day or two to really research this "business". I am confident you will not even think about buying a membership to any of their horrible horrible "resorts".

This author speaks the truth! I am just surprised it hasn't been on here before. They have been in business 5 Years. Several reports have been made to The Texas state attorney general and to the Federal Dept of labor. Beware.What the "disgruntled" so to speak author states is the truth. Sorry

I'm not certain If this came from someone who is employed or represents Ocean Canyon, but if it did, This type of comment shows exactly how childish and ignorant you can be.

I am a victim of Ocean Canyon Properties. I bought into this garbage after a misleading presentation in Bossier City, LA. I was given vouchers for free Airfare and a cruise. I put a little over $800.00 down and signed some papers that I wish I had not signed because I do not have a copy of any of it. I was only given a black carrying case with resorts and campground locations. I went home and tried to book the cruise and would use the vouchers to fly to the location of the cruise docking and was told that i had to pay deposits and taxes. Then the dates were never available so I had to call back. Those not so free offers weren't ever able to be booked, it was just something given to make you feel valued because you just got cheated. I called over to the Bossier City site to ask them questions about why I couldn't book anything and the number was disconnected. I looked them up on the internet as "Ocean Canyon+Bossier City, LA" and no results were found. I looked them up with BBB in our area and they were not registered. I became frightened because I had sent a monthly payment to something called Millwood resorts and I signed with Ocean Canyon who technically did not exist in our area. I finally found information on the company, but in another state. I called and voiced my concerns and were told that I couldn't get out of the membership because I signed some contracts and a promissary note. Now 2 years later, I am harrassed and threatened by a lady named Ms Hudson with lawsuits because I didn't send them anymore money for something that we have never used and something that has only cheated my family. I asked how can i be done with this nightmare and she stated "Pay it off". I told her that financial restraints wont allow me to pay them that type of money and it is unfair that i was never allowed to cancel. She stated that you bought into this? Laughed and said that she would try to help. I was told by Ms Hudson to apply for a loan for $3000.00 If I applied and was denied, she would send it to her boss and that they have taken settlements for $300.00 before. She told me her problems with her divorce and how her husband doesn't see her children. I felt that she was on my side and that she would truly help me get out of it. I got a denial for the $3000.00, faxed it to her and when i spoke with her again she said I still needed to pay the total which is over $4000.00. I told her that i couldn't but would try to work something out to pay in installments for $1500.00 and she laughed and said "Girlfriend please, who do you think i am?" "Pay up or get sued." I  asked for documentation so that i could research the contract and she told me no. She also refused to provide an address so that i could send them notifications by mail. She flat out told me that she was going to send this information to their attorneys and would tell them i refuse to cooperate. All of this after I have had another inquiry added to my credit report to pay these scam artist so they will leave my life! I am truly hurt.

I have never been employed by Ocean Canyon Properties so I am not a disgruntled ex employee as you have twice suggested. Here are some additional reviews of an Ocean Canyon Properties "resort". Oh, and bye the way, to copy and paste your first rebuttal is really sloppy and lame- but to be expected.  Your attempt to spin this into your favor has failed miserably.

The author of this post gives their motives away in their post. This is a disgruntled ex-employee from Ocean Canyons marketing department who was fired because of incompetence. The information in this post is blatantly false. Ocean Canyon is giving away $25,000 in a drawing to be held on December 31, 2013. Each entrant who submits an entry has a chance of winning the $25,000. We do sell memberships to our
eight private resorts in Southeast, and have over 11,500 members who love our resorts and are part of our large family. And yes, we do call the entrants for the $25,000, and ask them if they would be interested in visiting or staying at one of our resorts. However, if an entrant does not want to be called after contacting them, we put them on the Do not Call list.  The comment that we ask people who come to our resorts to stay for three nights, to leave, if they dont buy a membership, is totally false.
