In August of 2008 out of desperation, I contacted Oceanview Investments to see what they can do to help me save my home from foreclosure. Like a wolf in a zoot suit from a children's cartoon, Joe Hicks sold me with great confidence that his litigation team has dealt with my mortgage company and they are able to not only save my home, but modify my mortgage payments so that'll I'll be paying close to half of what I was suppose to be paying.
Falling prey to Joe Hick's sweet words, I turned over $1000 of money I didn't have for a service that did nothing more than make my mortgage company really angry. My home is now up for sale by the mortgage company on January 6th 2009 and the staff of Oceanview Investments is probably out there somewhere viewing an ocean and living it up at mine as well as their other victim's expenses.
Hopefully a class action criminal lawsuit can be made against these predators and I can once again see my lost money returned as well as see that these animals are placed behind bars where they belong.
