THIS IS A SCAM!!  I placed the Order on August 10, 2018.  I paid $131.75 for ALL the welcome packages.  I got a confirmation that the order had processed on August 22nd - Order #00647885.  I called several times to find out why my daughter hadn't received her order.  Most of the time I would be on hold for 30 minutes plus and would leave a call back number to NEVER get called back.  On September 3 I told that my daughter would have her package on September 6th.  Of course, she didn't.  I called back on September 10th and had to leave another "call back number" to never be called back.  On September 12th, I did the online "chat now" and talked with "Amber" who refused to give me her employee ID number.  She said that NOW that they "cannot find" my order?!!  I provided her with my Order Number and evidently they still cannot find my order.  She stated she would give me a refund but only if I gave her my bank accounting information.   I refused as I paid through PayPal.  This is a complete Scam!
