Adam, or Afik, whatever your name really is, isn't it about time you change the record????? This song is so old, and always the same. I got the same crap from your New York office. Your Mark Davis told me he hoped I would have a stroke so he wouldn't have to talk to me ever again, your mother, sweet Edna, told me to "f*** off" and you, you little jerk made the same claim that I harassed the company. Well, maybe if you didn't rip people off, ruin their possessions and then have rude people who never call back prompting three phone calls a day, then you would not have these problems.
I am on the phone, as I write this, waiting for the trial to start as I sue your a**!
Consumers BEWARE, Adam has changed company name to Diamond Van Line after he found out I was suing him.....

First off, Mark never guaranteed the delivery date. Based upon the scheduling we said it would most likely get there by the desired date but theres a good chance that it wouldnt. The customer wanted her goods in 1 week from CA to PA, which is quite rare. We explained that we will try our hardest to accomadate and the chances looked good but NO GUARANTEE WAS MADE!
Secondly, once picked up by us, NO ONE CUSSED AND YELLED. The NY office was upset at the constant harrassing by the customer. They explained the delivery information to her. Specifically that it wont make it by her requested timeframe (again it was never guaranteede) and gave her the new approximate date . They explained that our company calls once its loaded onto the tractor trailer and then 24-48 hrs before delivery in PA. The customer had this new information and called everyday for updates. THERE WAS NO NEED FOR 3 CALLS A DAY WHEN WE CLEARLY EXPLAINED HOW THE PROCEDURE WORKS . WE ASSURED THE CUSTOMER THAT THEY WONT GET LEFT IN THE DARK. I will admit that after the constant harrassing the NY office may have been unproffessional but not cussing or yelling.
Thirdly, damages were Packed by owner aka PBO (customer) and were damaged because they were not packed properly. Because of this we were not obligated to send payment as the damages were not our fault. but I PERSONALLY FOUGHT WITH THE CLAIMS DEPT FOR THREE MONTHS TO GIVE THESE FOLKS SOMETHING becasue they were upset with their move.
THEY EVENTUALLY RECIEVED A SETTLEMENT CHECK , customer service is extremely important to us and me personally
