Oconto Dental I had periodontal work done at this dental clinic, but I was overcharged by a few hundred dollars. Oconto, Wisconsin
I went to this dental clinic for periodontal work. It was for 2 visits. I paid my share of the bill after the first visit. I was charged $755.00. It turns out that the dental insurance co. paid their portion. for the first my portion was a little over $200.00.
I haven't gotten the claim for the second visit. I called the insurance co. about being grossly overcharged. They said I had to call the dental clinic. I did. Kelly, the person who overcharged me, lied and said the insurance co. gave her misinformation. I called the insurance co. back and they said that they don't hand out the information, that Kelly did it herself.
Now the problem is getting back the money I overpaid. Kelly is not to be trusted. I'm not going back to that place, since Kelly is totally inept and could care less about her huge screw-ups.
