Complaint Review: Ocwen Federal Bank - Orlando Florida

I had many complaints about Ocwen Hell since the very beginnig and I was always referred to many agencies, including the OTS. I talked to the OTS several times over the phone, and they gave me a "we can't do anything and it's your problem" attitude. They also told me that Ocwen has a license "to transfer money". I sensed they are Ocwen Oriented. You know what? I was right. I encountered problems, like almost everybody else, with Ocwen misreporting to the credit agencies, and had sent correspondence to many institutions asking for help -Ocwen NEVER helps. The Florida GA got one of those letters, and sent it on my behalf to the OTS. Thank you Florida GA but your are: indolent,indifferent, absent minded, and unaware of your surroundings, if you think OTS is there to help out the borrowers. OR you just pretend you believe that. Plain and simple. As a result of that letter of the FL GA to OTS, Ocwen sent me a list of my monthly payments. OTS also sent me a letter in an upset tone, informing me that it had told Ocwen to address my concerns, (wha,ha,ha,...he,he,..ja!) I really had fun laughing that day. Please, even stupidity has its own limits! Of course, no reference in that letter to the real problem. They "pretended" to believe that I did not know that I was making payments on monthly basis, so they had to let me know what I was doing so I could notice it ...ja,ja, ja, je,he,ha! Both, OTS and Ocwen, implied that they believe I am affected with "sleep walking", so I send my payments while sleeping, and therefore, never realize it. Wha, ha,ha. IDIOTS! Ocwen, you know me. You place my correspondence in the garbage, but this report is here for the world to read, and you know it's me. I'm sorry this website can not act as your garbage can..ha,ha. As any person of the smallest intelligence can tell, that letter only helped my paper trail building (should I say hill?) since I am short and have now to use a ladder each time I need to add a new letter to it (I have multiple hills in different locations, Ocwen, in case a new Andrew or hurricaine visits Miami) After almost 2 years of dealing with Ocwen Satan, I have learned the hard way that correspondence with OTS is good.... for the purpose of exposing how Ocwen friendly OTS is, and for improving our papers trails/hills. Some times, out of pressure, OTS actd and "help" you a little to release some pressure, always trying to caress their beloved Ocwen- while doing it- with a rose petal. Prove me wrong, if you can! IDIOTS! It's good, I have always said, to send letters to all of them. Nowadays, I am adding Spitzer the New York GA to my cc list. He has nothing to do with Florida, but everything to do with decency, honesty, justice , and love for his people. So, I honor Mr. Spitzer with my correspondence. I advise you to do that, brothers and sisters, because this man is a good man in an powerful position, and that's good for us. He is fighting against predators. We need to encourage people like him. So, send him your letters, no matter where you live. I always urge the victims (my family) to join Kweku Hanson and his class action. If you want to start a class action, do it on your own, just go ahead and tailor Mr. Hanson class action(available from CBS news website and from ocwenfederalsucks.org and from other sites), and do it yourself alone. It's unexpensive and if you are experiencing foreclosure, it's the easies thing to do. I do not recommend bankrupcy. (Realize that the destruction of our credit FEEDS THE SUBPRIME BEAST). I would not join any new class actions with other people, now that Ocwen is facing 11 huge ones. They are desperate and have many spies outh there trying to intimidate and "kill" the poor victims. At first. they use their most practice tactic: Lies. Gina, you do what you think it's the best thing to do. I wish you very good luck. I just had to voice my opinion on the matter. Nothing personal.
