Marysville, good to hear from you again. I am the one who received your letter from Ocwen. I did receive my letter soon after I received yours and they responded to only what they wanted to in my concerns. I have again proven all of my payments and they still are insisting that I am behind. I have been speaking to someone about refinancing and I have had to prove each payment for up to a year, I have done that and more and he just doesn't understand how this company can do this to people. The only concern I have now is that he tells me if I do get refinanced I will be sold off. I would like a list of all the companies that are affiliated with Ocwen. I would like to show him and see if he knows any of them. Is there a list somewhere I can print off. I did send in my paperwork to Mr. Hanson and I hope I hear something more soon. Good luck to you and your husband and good luck to everyone out there that has to suffer daily with this company.

We too are victims of Ocwens tyranny. Unjustified late fees, incorrect payoffs, as well as interfering with refinance efforts, just to name a few. There is someone out there who is doing something for all of us, Kweku Hanson. Why not check out the class action suit Hanson vs. Ocwen. It is listed on this sight. We did and have already joined the suit with proof in hand. Hope this info. is helpful.
