Complaint Review: Ocwen Federal Bank - Orlando Florida

This is Kweku Hanson, the lawyer and fellow victim of Ocwen's thuggery who is spearheading the $1.5 billion class action lawsuit against Ocwen. I thank everyone who continues to send in Affidavits and documentation regarding Ocwen to me. Thank you for your confidence. After all that Ocwen has done to us, it is hard for anyone to trust anybody, but here we are, strangers working together to put an end to this most corrupt of all corporations. I just want to clarify that JUDGE DRONEY DID NOT WORK FOR OCWEN AT ANY TIME. Judge Droney used to work several years ago for Day, Berry & Howard, a top Connecticut law firm that has been hired by Moss, Codilis to fight this lawsuit. As a lawyer and as a plaintiff, it was my opinion (and first amendment right to say so here) that the judge should disqualify himself. He has ruled, refusing to do so, and I respect his ruling . . . and leave the next step to my lawyers. We will FIGHT hard and with RIGHT on our side we shall defeat MIGHT in the end. Computer viruses, stealth programs, hackers, hitmen, we shall overcome you all. GOD ALMIGHTY HIMSELF IS LEADING THE BATTLE OF TRUTH OVER FALSEHOOD. Hundreds of Ocwen victims cannot lie; the courts will eventually hear our chant; the politicians will eventually hear our cries. The fraud will eventually be stopped. This is our Battle Cry!

Hi-- This is directed at Marlene. I am also a Floridian dealing with a different predatory lender, World Savings Bank. My complaint concerns a mortgage application, not the actual mortgage (I went with a different lender). When I sent my original complaint letter, I sent a copy to HUD, Florida Banking Regulators, the FDIC, OTS, Federal Reserve Bank and probably a few others (it was in September). In the first response letter I rec'd from OTS, they totally took the side of the bank and they had a pissy tone. I sent them a pissy letter back inviting them to re-examine my case, and by that time I was approved by another lender. Well, that started the ball rolling. They contacted World Savings again, and in their response letters, World Savings sent alleged documents from my application in their defense. Those documents had been altered by the loan officer! It also came out that the appraisal was more than what the bank officer informed me it was, and I also was denied for a loan I didn't apply for, but never received paperwork on the loan I did apply for. Basically, they hung themselves when they were trying to prove their case. I had an original copy of my loan application, so the proof of alteration, the loan amount, etc. were in my possession. Off went those copies to the OTS! Yesterday I rec'd another letter from that piss-poor bank, and once again they have lied, and lied in a way I can prove is a lie. Persist in your case with the OTS. They will contact the lender if you pursue it, and they will make the lender submit documents. At that point, they will probably hang themselves with their own slime trail. My case is pending with OTS and HUD, who referred my case to the Florida Commission on Human Rights for investigation. HUD accepted the matter and deemed it discrimination based on race and sex. That is now also under the nose of the OTS. I know eventually they will get whammed. They are a 65 billion dollar bank, the 2nd largest in the country, and what they tried to do to me was blatent predatory lending to line their pockets. They violated RESPA/TIL laws, altered forms, lied about the appraisal, etc. I agree with you, you have to be paranoid. World Savings has one of their banking officers on the Federal Reserve Board's "Predatory Lending task force". Yea, right. To learn new tricks? Basically as a consumer you must file multiple complaints because the big outfits have paid their way to sainthood, and it is going to be rough going to get your voice heard. I do believe, however, that I will eventually prevail. I will not give up. I see other things on the internet that give me hope such as this website and also tripping over a website with a class action suit against World Savings noted on it. That is good information--if a lender has multiple complaints, their fines go up in geometric porportions, so no wonder they are fighting me so hard. Good luck with your case, and give the OTS another letter.

I have asked ripoff to forward proof to you of who I really am, Marlene. You will have all the information in the email to verify what I have said and my sincerity. The suggestions I have given have worked for me, perhaps because they followed all that the rest of you have done. Nearly every day I write to someone new that I hope will help, and I enclose copies of other's responses. That has to do with paranoia also. If they are aware that others are watching, it is harder for them to ignore the situation. I had cried for months before I got angry enough to fight. I not only will win this fight, Ocwen will regret they ever started it.

I don't know who you are, Designermana, and I mean no offense to you. I am not going to judge a person whose motivations I don't know. Thank you if you think I'm an inspiration because my persistence and my integrity. However, all of us, in different degrees, have those traits. I am PARANOID and take pride in that. You got to be PARANOID if you are going to defend yourself from Ocwen. This morning, aftr reading your posting I called FBI West Palm Beach (I don't trust them). I don't care if you are an FBI agent or not. Ocwen buys a lot of people everywhere. FBI from your city takes care of your problems. So, I live in Miami and I send docs to Miami FBI: but I also send the same docs to FL FBI and to the White House, and to .....?(They look at each other, and buying agents under observation is more difficult for Ocwen). Those of you that send documents to your local FBI. Do it. But plese, don't do it without sending copie of those documents to your state office and to the White House. Do not send anything to the Criminal Division of the Department of Justice in Washington without sendings the same documents to several comparable departments at all levels (for the same reasons cited: they look at each other) The same goes for everything. Dont you ever forget that Ocwen is in power because it buys political people. That is the ONLY logical explanation for his "unnoticed" criminal actions. Don't trust Ocwen, I always say, when they send you something, they do it because you are the little one they want to hurt and the document they send you is oly good for "distracting purposes". The abominable OTS sent me a bad letter in a very upset tone, taking offense because my complaints about Ocwen. And now, you tell me the OTS wants to hear more! Are you kidding or what? Chances are they know more than everybody else, and reality is "OTS does not care about the borrowers. They are to protect their baby OCWEN" I am about to send a letter complaining about them because I made a question and they did what Ocwen does all the time to all of us: talked about a nonrelated issue. To all my real brothers and sisters I tell: If you are going to send documents make sure you send 4 times the same documents to nonrecommended equivalent departments. By the way, Judge Droney is the judge Mr. Hanson wants OUT of the case and OUT of our lives because he used to work for Ocwen. So, he knows Ocwen, chances are he adores Ocwen (cause he was part of Ocwen's legal firm). Do you really think he needs to hear? I would not send anything that I sent to a person I trust ( Mr. Hanson in this case) without asking his opinion about it first, because HE is the one taking the attacks and the humengous stress and his name is Kweku as my name is Marlene. All of us have credible names, even d-Miserable, that very beloved soul that I like so much offers the very credible name of Miserable because his or her grieving can be feel when we read his/her posting (Hi, d-Miserable, I love you, whoever you are) Let me continue. I am not organizing my thinking and I jump like a bird from tre to tree but all is important: I have found that Attorney Generals offices are the most ignorant, passive and absent minded people out there. Please, PARANOIA, PARAMOIA, that is the attitude for the time being because "Poderoso Caballero es Don Dinero". My children used to tell me (before Ocwen): "Mother, you are so naive that the only person in the world more naive than you is YOU, YOUNGER" Not anymore! Everyday I get up and doble check in case the sun forgets to appear in the East. (That attitude may seem extreme, I know, but the pain, the misery, the anguish, and all the injustices that Ocwen has in mind for all of us are the most extreme)
