Ocwen Federal Bank ripoff Refused to respond to phone call & mail to schedule back payment Orlando Florida

I just read the report about Ocwen and hope you will be able to help me. I got behind in my payments because I was unable to work due to cataract surgery for two months. I have tried unsucessfully to contact them for about three months.

I've written letter and telephoned many times. I have had no response to my letters and have either been put on hold forever or cut off on the phone. I have the money to pay my back payments and was contacted about a month ago by an attorney representing Ocwen who told me he was going on vacation and would get back to me after the 4th of July to set up a repayment.

He never called back and I have left numerous messages on his voice mail and he has never responded. They have now served me with foreclosure papers and it looks like I'm going to loose my house. Can you help?

File a complaint with the Pa Atty General's Office ASAP. Join the class action suit. They did the same to me after my spine operation. Their pay back plan was four months at 3X the normal payment. It include a few thousand dollars for their atty costs. A state rep. can help you file this complaint with the OAG
