Ocwen Federal Bank late fees ripoff Palm Beach Florida
I thought I was the only one with the problem. I have only been late once, and since that time I continue to have late fees. They move on forclosure immediately. My escrow account has a NEGATIVE BALANCE. When I called to find out why my escrow was in the negative balance they gave me no explanation. Then I called again and said they supposedly underestimated the cost! My mortgage payment has gone up by $150.00 -
and it looks like it won't go down. My loan was sold - by guess who Century Mortgage.. If I want to refinance it is next to impossible to do. This is the worst kind of "predatory lenders". I was told by my broker that we couldn't get a fix rate...which now I ask the question why not??? I have probably paid for my house three times over... I refuse to lose my home...
Right now we are o.k. with Ocwen however I know that it is only a matter of time!
WHAT ACTION WILL BE TAKEN AGAINST THEM!
