HUD put down a Servicing Agrmt. when they sold their thousands of loans to OCWEN that says that very rule. If your loan was with HUD formerly, file an "intervention request" and HUD has to step in and help you keep your rights.

I too have had the same problem. I contacted an employee by the name of Michelle Mulraine email [email protected], I believe. However that is her name. She keyed in to my file to mail the statement "early" and it is. Now, I have a question, what do you mean your 3rd forbearance agreement. Good for 3 yrs, what? I too am in a forbearance plan. I pay the full amount and I pay the taxes and ins. myself, no escrow. The arrearage is frozen, until I have the resources to pay on it. Now, that won't happen, I
am now totally and permanently disabled.

I am curious as to one statements that you made. If you know that the due date for the payment is approaching (and it is generally the same time each month), why would you need the bill notification to remind you? It all simply comes down to one thing and I think that the majority of people seem to forget this: you needed money to buy a house - you asked OCWEN
for the money - you signed a note to promise them a repayment of the money borrowed - and OCWEN is simply asking for the promise to be kept - plain and simple. As for not knowing when the payment is due - mark it on your calendar.
