Ocwen Financial - This is unacceptable business practice of ripping people off
Ocwen has taken over our mortgage and the nightmares are never ending. They have twice lost payments to our account, thus charging us with outragious late fees.
I just dont understand how a company can continue to do business in this matter. All payments that were "Not Received" by them have cleared the bank.
I continue to get harassing telephone calls at least every other day not to mention the continued piles of notices that I get in the mail. There has got to be something that can be done to stop the madness.
