What Ocwens does is let you payment sit for one week, while they let it sit,interest compile.Then posts your payment.Ocwens does not go by Post Marks.This is a considerable amount of money
when done this way.

A good company will use the Postmark Date.Just think the extra millions they are getting.
What ocwens said "Could seat here a week before we process your payment".while the bill seats it collect interest.So send early do not get mad beat them look at you post dates from your mail date.Interest is compounded Daily.
Not fair ,is this legal ?
