I bought a Epson CX5200 all in one printer at office depot, when I went ot use it they told me they could not help and sent me to tecnical department which never picked up. My printer quit printing. Contacted Epson on line they told me to take out the ink cartridges and replace them, which i did that didn't work so I went and bought 4 more new cartridges and put them in. Still did not work took them out and replaced them 7 times as I was told by Epson tech. Still did not print. I told them the machine still won't print anything even though it went through the motions of what it actually did when it did print and would send out a blank piece of paper. The 4 cartidges costed 68 dollars, the extended warranty costed 45 dollars and the printer costed 179 dollars. *I contacted Kemper because I bought the Warranty Plus and it states right on the plan "and rest assured that if your product fails, we"ll reimburse you GURANTEED" "simply put if your product breaks after the manufactures warrenty expires we'll send you a refund" Well that didn't happen. I am thoroughly angry and I want people to know what a rip off this warranty company is.

Office Depot will take care of this

Late Last year Office Depot ceased doing business with Kemper. This was because they did not met the level of customer service that we demand for our customers, treatment like you mention was not uncommon. Under the terms of agreement, Kemper was SUPPOSE to honor their contract and still take care of the customers who bought products under Kemper warranties. However, it looks like they feel flat (maybe in retaliation for being dumped by OD). All store managers were made aware of this and instructed to take care of any customer issues that may arised due to Kemper not following through. Take your receipt, any information you have and talk to the store manager. If he is even a half way decent manager then he should take of you. If not, post a follow up here and I will get you the Springfield, Mo District Manager's contact info. However, I do want the store to have a chance to take care of you first before it escalates. I have every confidence that they will.
