Office Depot And Express Group ripoff Office Depot mail in rebates Wixomdel Delray Beach Florida
Don't ever buy products from office depot that has mail in rebates handled by a company called express group. I purchased 3 items from them a panasonic phone, toshiba laptop and a free printer. I did not get the rebates for 2 of them (phone and printer).
When I inquire about them they say that for one they did not receive the rebate form at all and for the other it was rejected because they received it after the postmarked date. The funny thing is I sent it thru registered post and well within the post marked dates. I have called not less than 10 times and no positive answer. Even the local office depot don't show that much interest in helping you.
