Office Products Distribution, Superior Office Products And IDCSERVCO Toner Scam Ripoff, Office Products Distribution, phone calls asking us to sign acknowledgement so price will not increase Troy Missouri
We were scammed! Our office manager received a phone call about re-stocking our toner, they lead her to believe that they were associated with Konica Minolta, who wer lease our copiers from. They told her that the price for the toner had increased and the distribution person would call to verify our fax.
They did indeed call back to verify the fax and said we would be able to get our toner at the previous price not the increased price of we signed the acknowledgement.
Unfortunately, she signed the paper and voila, toner arrived shortly thereafter. They continued to do this for several months, and believe me the price of the toner was 5 times what you can buy it for any place else. Such a ripoff and we are out several thousand dollars at this point.
When i confronted both IDCSERVCO and Office Products Distribution aka Superior Office Products, they said they could not take the product back for a credit. I informed them that we would be turning this over to an attorney.
We really want to stop these people from preying on the innocent receptionist as they do sound legitmate.
