Paid 19 Pounds for the service (So I thought) which in Aus money worked out to be $30.00 then I receive an email asking me for another 30 Pounds which is over $50 Aus to unlock it.
They said the 19 pounds is a deposit only.
There is no mention anywhere when you purchase the unlocking service that there are two payments required. This is robbery and they think they can get away with it. They have been taking advantage of this deposit scheme at peoples and now at my expense. I can only imagine they would have scammed lots of money just by taking peoples deposits. I am sick and tired of these phoney companies and the way they operate.
I will be contacting Consumer Affairs and have them reported as the way they have been operating in detail and providing the screenshots I took of the transaction being made together with their email correspondence fobbing me off and saying the so called deposit is not refundable.
Had I known this was the case and they had been honest about the amount and the two payment processes I would of not have paid for their services.
