Like the other reports I have read on this website, I too was ripped-off. I ordered mighty putty on April 27,2008. I never received the product. They charged my credit card the same day I ordered. I should have known from that, that this is a scam. Most companys do not charge your credit card until the item is shipped. I emailed them, and tried to call but just like everyone said, no reply. I am filing a report with the Attorney General, my credit card company, and the better business bureau. Don't know if it will do any good, but need to do something.

Save the postage and CC fees Mighty Putty may be available locally (Walgreens, etc.)

I was able to find Mighty Putty (the same "As Seen On TV" product) at a Walgreens for $9.95. Most "As Seen On TV" products can be found at Walgreens, as well as CVS and Rite Aid, as well. The Mighty Putty sold at Walgreens contained 3 sticks of the putty, and it worked fine for me, so far. I used it (1/2 stick) to remount a front fender on an old bicycle, and reinforced the repair with an anchor bolt...the original mounting hole on the bike's fork rusted off. So far, the fender is staying in place. I used the other 2 1/2 sticks of the Mighty Putty to patch a hole in a gas tank on an old truck. So far, the tank is not leaking gasoline. The Mighty Putty is basically a similar product to the epoxy putties sold in hardware and auto parts stores, but if you need 3 sticks of the product, the $9.95 charged by Walgreens for Mighty Putty is reasonable. Don't buy it online or via a TV ad, so you are not charged postage or get ripped off on your credit card.

First see all of my posts here on this scammer or scammers. They have many aliases including Stefan Giudici's new scam: www.AsSeenOntvShop.net NY Internet Technologies has been exposed, as well as Official TV Online. I have backtraced the "customer service" telephone # and the tel# shown on the credit card co. One is a cell phone, and one is a landline that belongs to Stefan Giudici. Tel # on credit card statement: (845) 661-4231 , Mahopac, NY. Here is the info: (631) 284-3226 Stefan Giudici 1355 Roanoke Ave; STE. 10B Riverhead, NY. 11901 Also see all of the other websites I have named that appear to belong to this scammer, as they all have the same phone # listed. Also notice that nowhere on the website is a physical address, and the only email they use is a disposable Yahoo email address. File a complaint with the FBI's Internet Crime Division, and with the FTC online.
