Ohana Pools Very poor craftsmanship installing purchased pool. They are not covering their warranty. Danville Illinois
I purchased a swimming pool from Ohana Pools located in Danville, IL. last summer. Spent $6,000.00 dollars and the craftsmanship was terrible. They installed the oval pool crooked (it's very hard to install a deck to a crooked pool). They tore the liner before water was even added to it. It took them 3 weeks to bring the replacement.
One summer later, the liner has collapsed. My wife called them today while I was at work to inform them of what happened. They claim that the liner collapsing was due to an "act of God" due to the recent rainfall. Our pool was NOT overfilled due to the rain. We keep excellent maintenance on our pool. We asked them to come and take a look at it, and was informed that they couldn't because it was Friday and we would have to pay his guys overtime. The man said that only his "veteran" builders were sent to our house to install it, and it would not be covered under warranty.
Our son has a birthday pool party scheduled in 2 weeks and we are very disappointed. I have photos and receipts. Please call at (((ROR redacted))) for further details. We do not want to see another family spend hard earned money and then experience this same kind of disappointment.
