I purchased a Luxor automotive cart on Amazon through OJ Commerce which is an Amazon reseller.
The box arrived crushed and the cart was broken with two large cracks.
OJ Commerce refuses to provide prepaid shipping for the return of the item or guarantee that they will pay for the return.
UPS will not accept the damaged box. The lowest priced boxing and shipping fee is $86 which is more than the cost of the product.
OJ Commerce refuses to pay for the return and will not make a refund.
There are many online reviews from customers that suffered the same experience.
They are typically described as SCAM ARTISTS.
Beware of OJCommerce on Amazon.
