Ojas Enterprises LLC Aloe Vella, Luxoderm Cream RIP OFF SCAM, THEY SAY FREE BUT BILL YOU FOR IT ANYWAY BEWARE Newburgh New York
I ordered a free sample of Luxoderm Cream. I paid $4.95 for shipping and handling. A few weeks later they took $139.90 out of my account for the free sample.
Two months later they billed me again $139.90 for another order of Luxoderm Cream. I did not order this. When I called them, they said that they automatically signed me up for bimonthly payments. I told them that I did not authorize this. They said it was automatic.
I questioned them on the free sample. I asked them why they billed me for the free sample. They said because I did not return it. I said, "It was a free sample for me to try". They said "Yes, you could try it, but if you did not want to pay for it you would have to return it". I asked them how could I try it if I returned it? The bottle said to use it for 1 month to get good results. I assumed that the jar was the free sample.
They refuse to give me my money back. I did not order this product. I only asked for the FREE sample which I paid the shipping and handling on. I want my money back.
