I signed up for a $4.99 free trial of an anti-wrinkle creme. They shipped me 2 bottles. I ordered one. It arrived in over a week and they say they MUST have it back in their warehouse in 15 days from order date or you will be charged. I called o cancel, because they also put me on automatic shipment. Office was closed (called on a Friday afternoon MST). Reopens Monday.
Spent 2 hours trying to reach them by phone Monday - no success. Either went directly to "busy" or "hold". Sent email to cancel on day 15 and 2 more on day 17 (Monday). They charged my bant $99.90 on day 15. Today, day 18, after finally reaching them (another 20 min on "hold"), a very rude customer "service" rep told me it was too late and I would be charged the money. She referred me to their website, which is quite deceptive, but says I have 30 days to return it and get a refund. She insisted it was only 15 days. I told her the company was a scam. She became belligerent.
Now I am off to the bamk to file a fraud complaint. IMPORTANT: This product is toxic if you are allergic to nots. This product STINKS (literally), it smells horrible. This product contains "Carbopol 940", which is a cross-linked polyacrylate polymer, contaminated with heavy metals and benzine, (a carcinogen).
STAY AWAY!!!!

in the last paragraph I listed warnings about the product ingredients. I said it is toxic if you are allergic to "nots". This was a typo.. lol... I meant allergic to "nuts".
