On 2-15-2013 I ordered gold from diablowalmart.com and was told in game delivery in 5 mins.  They stated they had stock ready.  I went and paid 128.85 and when I returned they started with a confirmation process to verify my identity.  I confirmed my email with an email, then requested a copy of my drivers license.  I wasnt to happy but complied.  They then requested a screen shot of my personal banking information on my paypal account.  The purpose of using paypal is to protect your personal account information and I refused to send it.

I then contacted paypal to verify my identity and had paypal email the seller directly stating they had verified my identity.  The seller once again sent me a screen shot of what they wanted from me, a copy of my accounts page listing my account information.  I told them I was done and wanted a refund.  They said Ild have to wait for manager.  I spent the next 2 days waiting on the manager, then when the agent said he was there; he never said anything.  The agent said Ild have a refund my Monday.  I pushed this though paypal and escalated accordingly.

2 weeks later I have yet to get my refund, and had to file with Visa card services.  I had spoken to paypal on several occasions about this company requesting personal banking information, and they said they where going to speak with the seller.  For some reason the seller still request this information.  I have kept all screen shots and copies of all conversations if records are needed as well.  They may be giving items to people that comply to their screen shots of banking numbers at the cost of compromising personal accounts, but I have to wonder what they are doing with these numbers.

Its a concern that later they are selling this information off or using information to commit fraud since they have all the basic information.  If a person sends money though paypal, that person would have access to the personal accounts page, thus copying this page would prove absolutely nothing.  Copying the page with personal banking/ credit card information proves nothing; nor validates anything more then they already see.
