Okex Charging for corrections and later Refused to release tokens

I transferred my Holo tokens ((HOT)) into their exchange address for Hydro Protocol also called (HOT)), they informed me that the tokens were different. Support staff told me that my query was lodged to have the tokens reversed.
I called contacted them several times, And a month went by, and nothing happened. I tried contacting them via Telegram, and discovered that I was blocked, yet I had never had any prior interactions with them via telegram. After 2 months of back and forth correspondence all with empty promises, I finally called them and was given an email to use.
A month and a half into raising the query, I was informed to deposit 0.01 ethers for my tokens to be tiransfered back to me. I thought this was reasonable to cover the charges ( gas) for confirming the transaction. However they later changed and demanded 0.1 Ethers.
I paid the ether into the address they had provided, and gave them my token address to receive the tokens back. I emailed a week later, a they were yet many stories.
It’s now over a month since I have paid the Ethers to facilitate the transfer, yet nothing has happened. It’s almost 4 months since they have been holding my tokens, and every email and every chat message they send me is asking me to be Patient.
I searched the address to which I was asked to send the 0.1 ether, and they were multiple transactions of 0.1 Ethers going into that account, I assume it’s transfers from people with similar queries, I wonder if they are being ripped off the same way I have been.
